Awesome!

You've got a great talent! This is some good work, definitely professional quality. The sound quality is great and it seems like you used some great equipment. I also liked how you worked in so many different kind of voices through the piece. Keep it up-- and let me know if you use your skills in something watchable.

Hmm!

The opening is interesting... It seems like it's not related to the piece at all but somehow it opens the song right up like any other intro-- but still, it keeps throwing me for loops. I'd like to hear more of a presence from the percussion and a little more development of the melody though, maybe some more variation in the rhythms and synths throughout, but what's there is alright by itself. I really like the main instrument's line, the texture is really intense without going overboard. I think the intro is what caught my attention the most.
Cool song.

Awesome

This is great, nicely done.
I really like the sound, and the melody kind of pops out on its own-- which I haven't heard much of in the last few weeks.
Loops really well too. Great job!

What are you using for the percussion?

Alright!

Well this is a great sort of ambient piece, but nothing from the melody really comes out and grabs you-- you know? Everything's there, but it's all squished into the same sound space, so there's not much room for the instrumentation to expand. If you spread the strings out a little more, gave their textures a little more contrast, and deepen that piano, I bet this would be an awesome song.

Overall, this is pretty good, I like it, but it could use a little touch up.

Great!

This is sweet. I like the synth in the beginning. The panning works really well and the rest of the instruments mesh together perfectly-- it's just that the transitions are a little off for some reason. I like the parts from the start to 0:35 and 1:08 to the end, but in between it gives this sort of rambling feel, like the music is just sort of rolling along with whatever it was just doing and then over corrects up past the climax and then back down.
I really really do like those end parts though.

So familiar!

This reminds me a LOT of a song in Iridion 3d! It's so funny that you almost have the same melody, but I can easily tell that this is a case of convergent evolution (applied to music of course).
This as really nice piece. I really like how the synthetic and realistic instruments coexist in the sound space without overriding or dominating any part of the song. The buildups are done nicely, and the melody is so catchy! The only thing that I've found in the song so far that I would call a flaw is that the part at 0:59 isn't built back up to. I hear it being alluded to, and it sort of echoes in the other instruments, but you never quite go back to that point.
Absolutely wonderful song. I think I might make a Reasoner playlist on my iPod.
Also, I want to play iridion on my GBA now...

100% cool

I was going to set the title as 110% percent cool, but I thought it would be more meaningful to stick with the limits of reality.
GREAT engaging opening, I was pulled in right away, the buildup is also really nice, I like how you introduced the melody just before everything started freaking out in awesomeness.
Something that stuck out particularly was that the instrumentation didn't stick out (ironic?). I mean, I tried to discern all the synths and instruments that were put into this and it was sort of difficult, they all mesh really really well.
Very nicely done. Please keep coming out with sweet songs.

Wow thanks! Im glad i accomplished mixing this good enough ;).
Thanks again!!!

Cool castle!

I wasn't sure at first, but this turned out to be quite an addicting song! My goodness how do you do it?
It's soooo piled up and crazy sounding, but there's this fleeting sense of order that ties the whole thing together.
Definitely a cool song worth a 5 out of 5. There are some things that might be better if it was a cleaner mix, but I do like how it came out.

Good thing bad thing...

Yummm. Okay so you got the annoying intro down. Definitely reminds me of getting frustrated with a lot of old puzzle games. So great job on that-- albeit it's not fun to listen to. Very original piece- that's cool- and I can appreciate the work that went into it, it sounds pretty good actually. There's something in there that's just amazing.
The overall song isn't really that great, but I really really like some of the suff you have in here. It seems like you kind of wrapped the crunchy core in mainstream nouget.
So eight because... I really don't know. Somehow it drew me in.

Awesome!

I really like how you implemented all the different instruments into this song, it gave it quite a genuine feel-- very unique compared to a lot of the pure-synth stuff on NG. Actually I guess it's possible you synthed the ethnic instruments-- in that case you deserve much more credit than I can provide here.
The way the arrangement moves around is nice too. The discrete segments all mesh together quite well, and it gives that feeling of overdrive with motivation (not just blind overdrive).

Excellent job, one of the best productions I've heard in a while.

Haphazardly assembling music since 2004.
